Security systems manufacturer Cooper-Meniver has signed a global deal to manufacture and distribute the Mosquito security sytem, a gadget that gives youths hanging outside shops and earful of ultrasonic soundwaves. The £495 unit encourages youths to move on by emitting a whine only audible to under-20s.
